The owner Earl Duff is a disabled Navy veteran with a deep background in engineering. He has extensive experience in managing commercial properties. Prior to property management he planned and executed major mechanical projects for large hotels in Chicago, Boston and New Orleans. 


Earl finds great joy in helping people, nothing makes him happier than seeing a smile on the customer’s face when a system is repaired or installed. Ocean View Heating and Cooling is focused on giving you a personal and professional HVAC experience, that's simply stress free.

  • What are your business hours?

    We are always available for emergency service and repair. 24/7 we are here to assist you with your HVAC needs. 



  • Do you offer maintenance contracts?

    Yes, we can build a custom maintenance service for your system. From a simple straight air conditioner to a complex variable speed heat pump and condensing furnace. Performing routine maintenance will keep warranties valid and the system running more efficiently.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash, check, credit card via square, google pay, apple pay and paypal.

  • Do you honor warrenties?

    We will always check to see if you system is covered by a factory warranty. Some parts will be covered some will not. Make sure you have had routine maintenance performed on your system. If you have never had a coil cleaned and a major component fails, some manufacturers or home warranty contracts will not honor the repair costs.

  • Do I repair or replace?

    This is a question that is hard to give a quick answer. If the system is newer and the cost of repair is low then replacement might be the best option.


    If the system is older the parts and labor will cost more. Replacement might be a more economical choice but we will sit down with you and discuss the best option for your situation.
