Mini-splits are heating and cooling systems that allow you to control the temperatures in individual rooms of your home or business.

A ductless mini-split system typically supplies chilled air to a single or a few rooms of a building and is ideal for “spot cooling” in your home or business, where ductwork is too challenging to install, is not available or is just too expensive. 

There are many advantages of installing a mini-split system these include:
  • It's small in size
  • Flexibility for heating and cooling individual rooms 
  • Reduced requirement for interior wall space
  • The exterior hoses that lead from the outside unit to the interior ones can be encased by metal to appear like a drainpipes from the roof.
Mini-Splits are also popular to install when renovating a room, adding an addition or completing an unfinished attic. It's a great alternative when extending or installing ductwork is not feasible.
